        1 Received a Bachelor's degree from a domestic or foreign University or scheduled to receive.
        2 TOPIK level 3 or higher.

        2) Doctorate Course
        1 Received a Master's degree from a domestic or foreign University or scheduled to receive.
        2 TOPIK level 3 or higher.
        • Applies regardless of major.
        3) Research Course
        1 Anyone who has an interest in the field can apply.
        2 If TOPIK level 3 has not been acquired, the applicant must complete language course at Dongbang Language Institute

        - Graduated from the University's Government confirmation of a regular accredited 2 copies[Appendix note]

        - A copy of the foreigner registration certificates issued by the Foreign Ministry in the Republic of Korea 1 copy(Foreigners residing in Korea)
